Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This remote role supports strategic decisions with dashboards, reports, and analytics tools across the marketing function.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives, conduct deep-dive analyses, and contribute to forecasting and KPI reporting, while thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, forecasting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, DAX, Python and/or R, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, ROI/attraction, and large datasets.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to gather requirements, solve complex problems, and turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and C-suite stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, root cause analysis, forecasting, and performance/KPI reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and advanced analytics initiatives, translating results into recommendations for the business.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Reporting, and cross-functional teams on data needs, automation, and improving analytics capabilities.
