Job summary

Remote is seeking a Middle Marketing Data Analyst based in Switzerland to turn user behavior data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, analyze the marketing funnel, and support optimization experiments in a dynamic, international tech setting.

You will collaborate with data engineers and web analytics specialists to improve data collection and pipelines, translate results into recommendations, and support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in data analytics or related analytical fields.
• Proficient in SQL to retrieve, process, transform, and analyze data.
• Experience creating clear, informative dashboards with Tableau.
• Understanding of statistical fundamentals and practical experience with A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify trends and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, dbt, and Git is beneficial.
• Experience with tracking platforms and affiliate systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketing data analysis across the funnel to understand user behavior from visits to deposits.
• Dashboard development and reporting to identify funnel issues and trends.
• Support experiments to improve customer acquisition and retention.
