Agility Robotics seeks a Marketing Analyst to turn campaign data into clear reporting and actionable recommendations. You’ll own dashboards and analyses, partnering with cross-functional teams to align numbers and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics or related role.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience building reports or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with web or marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platform reporting).
• Solid grasp of core marketing metrics, funnel stages, and campaign ROI.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to check your own work.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter able to work independently and prioritize requests.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for marketers and leaders to use.
• Pull and analyze data from CRM, ad platforms, web analytics, and social platforms to provide insights.
• Run pre- and post-campaign analyses and translate results into concrete recommendations.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, documenting results.
• Prepare recurring performance readouts and scorecards for marketing leadership.
• Define KPIs with marketers and document data sources and methodologies to keep reporting consistent.
• Check data for gaps and anomalies and track down causes with tool owners.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical teammates with actionable recommendations.
• Perform other ad hoc analyses as needed.
