Job summary

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental health platform in the United States, hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to scale acquisition through paid and organic channels. You will build dashboards, analyze channel performance, and help guide investment decisions across Demand and Supply teams.

Minimal 2+ years in marketing data analytics, with hands-on web analytics, SQL, Python, and BI tools. The role requires Russian language skills and English at B2+ level, and comfort with a remote-first, long-term B2B

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst.
• Experience in marketing analytics for B2C HealthTech, telemedicine, or subscription-based products.
• Hands-on web analytics with paid acquisition, funnels, attribution, and ROI.
• Experience analyzing across US/European or international markets.
• Strong SQL; Python for data analysis.
• Experience with event-based analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4).
• BI/dashboard experience; Tableau preferred.
• Solid statistics knowledge; evidence-based decision making.
• Structured problem solving and ownership mindset.
• Fluent Russian; English at least B2 level.
• Experience using LLMs in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of paid and organic marketing channels and campaigns.
• Recommend allocation of paid spend across channels and campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition and funnels.
• Investigate funnel drop-offs and improve acquisition and conversion.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Monitor attribution and address measurement gaps.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B tests with the team.
• Act as a data-driven advisor to the Demand and Supply group.
