Job summary

MEDvidi, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of the AI Track, the core line of AI-powered clinical tools where providers interact with model outputs within a regulated healthcare environment.

You will define problems with product managers, analyze users, and collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable, reusable design patterns in a clean, compliant workflow. Strong English (B2+) and Russian fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design with complex work interfaces such as EHR or admin panels.
• Experience designing human-AI interaction with model outputs.
• Hands-on prototyping in code using AI agents on an existing component library.
• Contribute to a design system with reusable components, tokens, and docs.
• Ability to gather requirements independently through user interviews and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of the AI Track, from problem framing to delivery.
• Design interfaces for verify/accept/edit/reject model outputs by providers.
• Validate solutions with users, coordinate with engineering, and analyze post-release results.
• Contribute to the design system and Storybook components for reuse across teams.
• Proactively gather requirements from providers, medical ops, and product managers.
