What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of marketing automation platforms and external marketing communications
- Produce regular marketing campaign reports and perform data analysis to provide insights
- Manage distribution lists and ensure data accuracy within the marketing database
- Lead coordination of tracking efforts for external campaigns and troubleshoot campaign creation issues
- Assist stakeholders in campaign timing and contribute to the design of new campaign templates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Operations within a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology solutions, particularly Marketo and Salesforce
- Operationally focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression modeling
- Familiarity with data governance initiatives and best practices in marketing operations
- Previous experience managing lead routing processes and follow-ups
- Ability to develop business requirements with a strategic vision for marketing operations
- Knowledge of additional marketing automation platforms beyond Marketo
