About The Role

Your role is to launch and scale Chicago, a new market for Honey Homes. You’ll find, hire, train, and manage the first two Honey Homes handypeople, and expand to 10+. You’ll identify and convert initial customers, manage their accounts, collaborate with Marketing for neighborhood launches, find ambassadors, and coordinate advertising. You’ll also onboard local specialists (e.g., plumbers, electricians).

As your market grows, you'll manage a large P&L and broader responsibilities. This is a unique early-stage opportunity to impact the home services industry.

Outcomes in your first six months
  • Launch Chicago within 30 days: hire and train top-tier handymen, identify neighborhoods, and convert 20 members.
  • Activate five ambassadors out of the first 20 members, building relationships and leveraging social media.
  • Performance manage handymen, ensuring quality visits and providing coaching.
  • Expand to more neighborhoods, hire staff, and reach 300+ active members.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, measured by customer retention, feedback, NPS, and referrals.

Minimum Requirements
  • Field readiness: ability to drive, possess a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
