Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team and drive performance measurement, campaign optimization, and data-informed decision-making. This role will serve as a key partner to marketing leadership, helping unlock insights that guide growth strategies across all marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and deep-dive analysis while owning the integrity of digital tracking and performance measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Performance Analysis

- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from media platforms & partners, APIs, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.

- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing funnel performance.

- Partner with marketing & finance for campaign and channel forecasting; monitor results against projections and recommend optimizations.

- Maintain tracking infrastructure and ensure measurement accuracy.

-Play integral role in integration and enhancements across Roof Maxx Connect, HubSpot, media mix modeling.

- A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.

- Surface data-driven recommendations to enhance lead generation, customer journey path, and dealer development optimization.

Strategic Insights & Stakeholder Support

- Translate complex data into actionable insights, presenting findings to key stakeholders.

- Partner with stakeholders to define marketing KPIs, create measurement plans, and drive continuous improvement.

- Support ad-hoc analysis to inform campaign strategy and business planning.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or performance marketing.
  • High-level proficiency in HubSpot, especially in reporting, lead flows, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Proven experience analyzing and optimizing large-scale media spend (8 figures annually).
  • Strong ability to build custom dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, modeling).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategy.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and MQL-to-SQL funnel analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and media mix modeling.
