Forest Home, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to expand outreach, generate quality leads, and help families, churches, and groups discover its retreat programs.

You will focus on digital marketing, audience growth, and creating meaningful connections with potential guests. The role covers branding, content creation, email campaigns, social media, SEO, website updates, CRM management, and analytics, working closely with sales, creative teams, agencies, and vendors to improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing/communications or related field.
• Experience generating leads through digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, landing pages, SEO).
• Portfolio or samples showing marketing, design, writing, or digital campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Generate quality leads for Guest Retreats and Forest Home programs through digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase registrations, bookings, and audience reach.
• Manage branding, content, graphics, communications, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Track and analyze marketing performance across paid ads, SEO, website traffic, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with outsourced agencies and vendors to meet deadlines, budgets, and lead goals.
