Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of all events with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate copy for blogs, emails, social media, and print collateral.
• Manage logistics, gear, and schedules for trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for events to ensure timely delivery.
• Capture event photography and videography to support storytelling and collateral.
• Lead pre-event planning, including budget creation and project management.
• Secure sponsorships, booth spaces, and event locations.
• Design booth layouts, signage, and branded materials with vendors.
• Manage registration, attendee lists, and cross-department participation.
• Plan food/beverage, entertainment, A/V, and shipping logistics.
• Schedule pre-conference internal planning meetings to align goals.
