Job summary

Terrabis, a leading cannabis company, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to keep online menus accurate and consistent across locations. You will manage day-to-day menu maintenance, support website QA, and handle support tickets, working in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years cannabis industry experience, strong Excel/data entry skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years cannabis industry experience required.
• Proficient with Excel, data entry, and quick software learning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain online menus in Dutchie POS and Dutchie Ecommerce across multiple locations.
• Audit menus regularly to find and correct discrepancies before they reach customers.
• Serve as the intake point for store requests and customer complaints.
