Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Director of Marketing in implementing an integrated plan across all locations. The role is remote with some travel to branch locations or events; candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance of a DSI branch.

The salary ranges from $50K to $60K, depending on experience. You will create print and digital materials, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while supporting multiple branches across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing, social media, or graphic design.
• Strong writing, editing and graphic design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing in establishing, implementing and evaluating localized marketing strategies and plans.
• Write, develop and design new print materials, including hard collateral, advertisements, promotional items and more.
• Write, develop and design digital campaigns, including emails, social media, website landing pages, blogs, graphics and more that align with DSI's overall business goals and campaign optimization.
• Develop and work with the Director of Marketing on marketing strategies and determine the most effective channels for the target audience.
• Adhere to and uphold brand identity standards.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
• Analyze the competitive landscape.
• Manage and communicate promotions and marketing materials to sales representatives.
• Occasional travel may be required. This is a remote position, with occasional visits to branch locations or events needed.
• Create branded advertising and support the marketing team by planning and coordinating content.
• Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments internally, ensure the promotions run well, and track and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Maintain regular communication with marketing, local sales teams and promotional vendors as needed.
• Meet all marketing goals provided by the Director of Marketing.
• Complete other projects as needed.
• Adhere to DSI Policies and Procedures.
• Position may require alternative bending and lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
• Some work within this position may involve work completed on the road.
