Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in a corporate environment and/or a marketing/events organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of external and internal events, including locations, vendors, invitations, attendee logistics, and materials.
• Support Relationship Teams and local market activation activities and community events.
• Coordinate sponsorships, community partnerships, and charitable activities.
• Provide marketing coordination support for campaigns, timelines, materials, and promotional items.
• Assist with content gathering, photography, and social media coordination as needed.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized records and schedules.
