Mutual Bancorp's Marketing Engagement Coordinator supports the banks' marketing and community engagement efforts through planning and executing events, sponsorships, and relationship activities. The role partners with Marketing, Relationship Management, and Community Engagement to activate campaigns and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in corporate marketing/events.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to report results.
• Willing to perform outreach via email and phone.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management.
• Basic photo/video production and editing skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely within scope, plus teamwork.
• Comfort with traveling to off-site locations as needed.
• Flexible schedule including after-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
• Support Relationship Teams with local outreach and market activation.
• Coordinate marketing materials, timelines, and promotional items.
• Assist with content gathering, photography, and social media needs.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized records.
