The Marketing Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing and community engagement efforts of Mutual Bancorp’s family of banks through the coordination, planning, and execution of events, sponsorships, community activities, and relationship team initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working in a corporate environment and/or a marketing/events organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and report on results.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate events, sponsorships and community initiatives.
• Support Relationship Teams with local market activation activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing materials, timelines and promotional items.
• Assist content gathering, photography, and social media support.
• Provide administrative support and maintain records and schedules.
• Perform other marketing and community engagement duties as assigned.
