Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries is seeking a Marketing Engagement Coordinator to support event planning, sponsorships, and community initiatives. You will coordinate locations, vendors, attendee logistics, and promotional materials while collaborating with Marketing, Relationship Management, and Community Engagement teams.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of marketing/events experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working in a corporate environment and/or a marketing/events organization.

Responsabilités

• Event Planning & Coordination: assists with planning and execution of external and internal events, coordinating locations, vendors, invitations, attendee logistics, promotional materials, signage, supplies, and other event needs.
• Relationship Team & Local Market Support: supports relationship teams and business development with local outreach and activation activities; coordinates initiatives like networking events and sponsorship activations.
• Community Engagement & Sponsorship Support: coordinates sponsorships, partnerships, charitable activities, and related events; ensures effective activation.
• Marketing Coordination & Execution: supports marketing initiatives and campaigns, timelines, promotional items, local advertising needs, communications, and campaign components.
• Marketing Materials & Promotional Support: coordinates collateral, promotional materials, event supplies, giveaways, signage, presentations, inventory, distribution.
• Communications & Content Support: assists with content gathering, photography, and social media coordination with the marketing team.
• Administrative & Team Support: provides administrative support and maintains records, schedules, and project information.
