Job summary

KitBash3D LLC is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator for a fixed-term assignment from October through December 2026 to manage day-to-day campaign operations across our ecosystem of brands. You will turn campaign plans into schedules, track deliverables, and ensure assets and stakeholders align on time.

You’ll work alongside the current Campaign Manager during a transition, gaining context on active campaigns, systems, and processes before taking over coordinating day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing project management or campaign operations.
• Experience using PM tools to track multi-channel deliverables.
• Familiar with email, web, and app campaigns and related platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong deadlines management.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day rollout of integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff to launch.
• Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, assign ownership and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Social, and Marketing teams to review assets.
• Set up assets across email, web, and Cargo; manage Ortto emails and website updates.
• Quality-check tracking links, forms, and landing pages prior to launch.
• Pull and summarize campaign performance for post-launch reporting.
