Job summary

KitBash is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator for a fixed-term October–December 2026 to support our Marketing team during a leave period. You will own day-to-day campaign operations and tactical execution across our ecosystem including KitBash3D, Greyscalegorilla, ArtStation, and Sketchfab.

You will turn campaign plans into schedules, track deliverables, maintain assets and stakeholder alignment, and hand off to a transitioning Campaign Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-channel marketing deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with systematic task tracking and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day rollout of integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through launch.
• Maintain timelines, track deliverables, assign ownership, and align stakeholders.
• Partner with Creative, Product, Social, and Marketing to clear bottlenecks.
• Set up assets across email, web, and Cargo; manage Ortto emails and newsletters.
• QA all campaign components and support post-launch reporting.
• Maintain campaign projects in Asana and docs in Whimsical/Google Workspace.
