Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Marketing Activity & Traffic Coordination: manage inbound requests and track workflow.
• Event & Sponsorship Logistics: coordinate venues, catering, materials, and travel.
• Marketing Communication: draft, edit, and format content; update bios and practice descriptions; manage CMS updates.
• Promotional Items & Vendor Coordination: source, order, and track inventory; manage vendor relationships.
• Team Collaboration & Operational Support: assist cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
