Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and execute campaigns, nurture programs, and trigger-based communications. The role includes expanding into Marketing Cloud personalization and requires strong email marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience or education.
• 4 years of professional email marketing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or SQL queries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Marketing Automation to build and test engagement plans across email, direct mail, and SMS channels.
• Collaborate to build, implement, analyze, and optimize workflows in Marketing Cloud.
• Troubleshoot marketing automation issues and escalate when needed.
• Create basic performance reports for acquisition and engagement programs.
