Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist for its Advanced Surgical division. You will drive email campaigns, landing pages, and multi-channel marketing coordination across the business.

You will organize campaign intake, ensure quality controls, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain launch readiness and compliance. This remote role offers exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot in strategizing, building and optimizing email campaigns, segmentation, landing pages and reporting.
• 3 years' experience coordinating structured marketing workflows, managing campaign traffic and supporting digital campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Accelerates the buildout of a SFDC (Pardot, MCI, MCA) instance with disciplined structure and segmentation.
• Strategizes and executes email marketing campaigns including landing page experiences.
• Builds emails, journeys, lists, segments, landing pages, and form integrations within approved marketing automation platforms.
• Coordinates the creative needs for all Marketing Automation projects with internal and external groups.
• Coordinates campaign intake, clarification, prioritization, routing, and execution timelines across stakeholders.
• Monitors tactical performance, protects deliverability standards, and flags gaps for optimization.
• Troubleshoots campaign build, data, routing, and deployment issues with IT and analytics teams.
• Supports continuous improvement by identifying repeatable processes and strengthening launch readiness.
