Job summary

BAGGU, a San Francisco-based design-focused bag company, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team. You will execute our marketing strategy across multiple digital channels to support customer acquisition and retention for our retail and wholesale business.

Remote role with Pacific Time hours (10am–6pm). The position offers health insurance, a WFH stipend, and an employee discount. 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management and prioritization with attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta/TikTok/Google Ads).

Responsibilities

• Assist paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads.
• Support affiliate and press programs.
• Build and optimize email and SMS flows, track growth and report results.
• Coordinate updates to third-party storefronts and troubleshoot marketing channel issues.
• Coordinate product seeding and ad hoc marketing initiatives.
