Job summary

The Hustler Marketing LLC Account Manager oversees assigned clients and their stores, planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns designed to drive conversions and revenue.

You will lead a remote team of copywriters, designers, and associates, maintain strong client relationships, analyze campaign performance, provide reports, and continuously identify opportunities to expand services while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in digital marketing and at least 6 months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership track record delivering client campaigns.
• Able to work independently with strong accountability and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing marketing campaigns for assigned clients to drive engagement and sales.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and peak productivity.
• Plan, develop, and execute email, SMS, pop-up campaigns and flows for assigned clients (about 40 campaigns per month).
• Lead teams of creatives to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to clients and internal teams.
