Job summary

Dawn Foods is seeking a Market Sales Representative II to drive profitable growth in the Houston area. This remote role involves regular field travel to build strong relationships with bakery customers and expand the territory with new business opportunities.

You will promote the full Dawn portfolio, provide on-site consultations, and work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. A minimum of five years in outside sales is expected, with commission-based earnings and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing and/or Culinary Arts preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with portfolio management.
• Consultative sales experience in B2B foodservice or similar distribution.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with bakery customers.
• Develop new business and expand territory coverage.
• Drive profitable sales growth and minimize lost business.
• Deliver on-site consultations and product/service recommendations.
• Promote Dawn’s full portfolio and digital tools including online ordering.
