Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Market Manager, CEM to craft and execute a strategic plan that grows share in the Front Range territory. You will build strong customer relationships, provide basic technical support, and lead marketing and sales initiatives across the region.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction materials, travel 20–30% overnight, and a Bachelor’s degree. Remote work from a home office within Colorado is supported, with relocation assistance available if outside the Front Range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in the construction materials industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Google Suite and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a business strategy to gain market share.
• Provide basic technical service to customers in the territory.
• Lead territory marketing and sales efforts within the Business Unit.
• Monitor product quality and performance in the territory.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and attend meetings.
