Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a detail-oriented Market Data Analyst to join the UTP Plan Administration team. You will help ensure real-time integrity, delivery, and quality of UTP market data feeds while supporting day-to-day market data customer accounts, including usage reporting and billing collections.

This remote/hybrid role involves coordinating with internal teams and external global clients to resolve inquiries, assist with transitions to a new plan administrator, and leverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Data Analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Three years of market data administration experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (lookup functions, pivot tables, and macros/mail merge).
• Experience with HTML and AI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Data quality and integrity management of usage, billing and compliance information.
• Provide responsive support for day-to-day global market data customer accounts.
• Assist customers with compliance, reporting and payment collections frameworks.
• Maintain accurate customer and usage reporting records and support data transitions to new administrator.
• Leverage querying and visualization tools to draft metric reports and identify root causes for process improvements.
