Job summary

Cumulus Media is seeking a detail-oriented Market Coordinator for a fully remote position based in the United States. The role focuses on executing campaigns on Cumulus-owned and incentRev platforms, reviewing offers, and ensuring accuracy before publishing to sites nationwide.

You will manage marketing content, emails, and campaign data with a strong emphasis on accuracy, speed, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred (not required).
• 1+ years of experience in a similar or related role required.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting updates to a diverse audience.
• Act as a quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Strong computer, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products helps.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Vet, review, approve, and manage campaign details – ensure each campaign meets requirements and standards.
• Review customer service tickets and coordinate with markets to investigate and resolve issues.
• Ensure all Digital Commerce emails are delivered on time through automation or scheduling.
• Identify potential issues and escalate to the appropriate personnel.
• Edit content for grammar and spelling errors.
• Analyze back-end data of email campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling and emailing across departments/markets to address cross-department issues.
• Become an expert on our e-commerce and email marketing backends.
