Cumulus Media is seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator for our US-based remote Digital Sales Operations team. You will manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from launch to completion, coordinating with sales, ad operations, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery across streaming, display, social, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, account management, ad trafficking, or similar.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to prioritize and solve issues.
• Meticulous organization, reminders, and timeline maintenance.
• Team player; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our digital products and services.
• Interface with internal teams to build strategic pre-sale digital marketing plans.
• Research available inventory, audiences, and product suggestions for customized plans.
• Build client-ready media plan options within proposals.
• Coordinate onboarding and execution of campaign elements that have sold.
• Communicate pre-launch requirements, asset specs and deadlines.
• Provide ongoing campaign updates, optimizations, and changes as needed.
• Traffic campaign details into internal systems and monitor performance.
• Provide reporting for in-progress and completed campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
