Job summary

Cumulus Media (incentRev) is seeking a Market Coordinator to contribute to all aspects of executing campaigns on e-commerce platforms. This remote US-based role involves reviewing offers, approving content, and ensuring accuracy before publication nationwide.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and capable of troubleshooting issues across markets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Asana, and WordPress is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Vet, review, approve, and manage campaign details – ensure each campaign is aligned with company requirements and standards.
• Review customer service tickets assigned to you and coordinate with the appropriate market(s) to investigate and resolve each issue.
• Ensure all Digital Commerce emails are delivered on time through automation or manual scheduling.
• Recognize potential issues and bring them to appropriate personnel.
• Edit content for grammar and spelling errors.
• Analyze back-end data of email campaigns and make recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness.
• Liaise with other departments /markets regarding scheduling and emailing to address any cross-departmental issues impacting the subscribers.
• Become an expert of our e-commerce and email marketing backend systems.
