Job summary

Biehl is seeking a recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for niche maritime sales positions and high-volume entry roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and drive offers while partnering with sales and operations to align role profiles and timelines.

Flexible work-from-home options are available, and you will learn maritime fundamentals quickly to source effectively and build credibility with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Experience recruiting non-entry level or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with pre-employment compliance requirements (TWIC, DOT physicals, background checks).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for niche sales roles and high-volume entry-level maritime positions.
• Support employee lifecycle, onboarding, annual reviews, and offboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers for 15–20+ entry-level hires monthly.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns for maritime sales roles using LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with sales and operations to define role profiles and interview processes.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Learn maritime industry fundamentals within 60 days and build sales sourcing fluency.
• Attend maritime industry events or career fairs at least twice yearly.
