Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or related experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and networking.
Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
Maritime, marine, industrial, skilled trades, or blue-collar recruiting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for marine and maritime roles.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and associations.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate qualifications based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Guide candidates through the hiring process and communicate timely updates to all stakeholders.
