Qualifications

• Staffing agency experience with 2+ years in staffing or recruiting.
• Full-desk recruiting capable of handling client development and candidate search.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• New business development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack including Jax ATS to match candidates.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
