Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: leverage our tech stack, including Jax ATS, to find candidates matching open roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all dealings.
