Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced agency recruiters to join our remote-first team across the United States. You will own new business development, recruit candidates, and manage client relationships using our advanced tools including Jax and Jeni.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience.
• Full-desk recruiting: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients' open positions.
