Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our client’s innovative team. You will analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and maintain product quality from anywhere.

You will work with on-site teams and global stakeholders, using simulation software and Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize flow, develop SOPs, and troubleshoot complex issues remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (Arena, FlexSim).
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
