Ideal candidates bring a strong background in process improvement, lean Six Sigma, and proven client-facing consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., P.E., Lean Six Sigma).
• Minimum 10 years in Manufacturing/Operations environment; consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Guide consultants to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement interventions.
• Develop change strategies, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure sustainability.
• Coach team members in lean methods and operational excellence.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional leaders and drive opportunities.
