Job summary

EFESO Management Consultants, Inc. seeks a Consultant for operations improvement across diverse industries in the United States. You will collaborate with client teams to analyze data, develop roadmaps, and implement changes that drive financial and operational results.

Role requires 2+ years in consulting or industry and a background in manufacturing, engineering, or operations. Travel up to 100% may be required; strong communication and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years consulting or industry experience; consulting preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data with the project team to develop recommendations and roadmaps.
• Identify performance gaps and design interventions across production, maintenance, supply chain, and finance.
• Design change strategies affecting people, processes, policies, and structures.
• Coach frontline leaders and shop floor staff on new processes and tools.
• Build and maintain partnerships with cross-functional leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Support sales opportunities and contribute to EFESO visibility.
