Job summary

EFESO Management Consultants is seeking a Consultant to design and execute operational and performance improvement projects across multiple industries. You will apply improvement principles to drive financial and operational results and work with clients to implement change, while coordinating with private equity clients and portfolio company teams.

Role emphasizes due diligence, value creation, and rigorous analysis, with remote work option and relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting or industry experience; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for potential manufacturing acquisitions, including market analysis and risk assessment.
• Drive value creation with private equity firms and portfolio company management; lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead supply chain optimization, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation projects.
• Perform financial modeling, data analysis, and market research to support recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of manufacturing trends (reshoring, automation, sustainability, supply chain resilience) to inform advisory work.
