Job summary

ISG is seeking a senior, sales-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth within its Manufacturing industry practice. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying hunter role focused on originating and closing net-new client relationships with global and mid‑market Manufacturing organizations.

You will leverage your industry expertise, executive network, and consultative selling skills to position ISG’s capabilities across digital transformation, cloud, automation, sourcing, and IT

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting, technology services, or outsourcing.
• Proven success selling and closing net-new business (hunter profile).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling solutions across cloud, automation, data analytics, and IT sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Originate, develop, and close net-new consulting engagements within Manufacturing accounts.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Identify whitespace, shape GTM strategies, and collaborate with delivery teams.
