The role focuses on developing roadmaps, coordinating regional delivery, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with OT security practices and Purdue model understandings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a cybersecurity/IT-related field.
• 7+ years in IT, cybersecurity, manufacturing technology, or OT.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, Purdue Model levels, and control system networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and maturation of cybersecurity capabilities across manufacturing sites and OT environments.
• Build and maintain manufacturing cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Design, implement, and integrate security controls within manufacturing and OT environments.
• Coordinate cybersecurity delivery across sites, balancing standardization with site differences.
• Identify gaps in OT architectures and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure documentation for knowledge transfer.
