Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing Technology, or OT.
• Known certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443 are a plus.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, change management and Purdue model architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of cybersecurity controls across manufacturing OT environments.
• Develop site cybersecurity delivery roadmaps aligned with priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate remediation plans with Manufacturing, IT and Global Security stakeholders.
• Perform risk-based gap analysis and maintain technical documentation.
