Job summary

Jobot, a leader in balancing and process control solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer for our growing team. Remote role with travel to customer sites, including the Cincinnati area, and collaboration with sales to tailor technical demonstrations to grinding applications.

You will lead technical presentations, install and demonstrate products, and provide ongoing support to ensure performance and secure final sales. Strong travel cadence and bilingual capability are a plus.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.
• Technical high school diploma or university degree in engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel weekly to customer sites.
• Bilingual Japanese/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations and post-installation support for in-process balancing products.
• Accompany sales reps to customer sites and deliver tailored technical presentations.
• Install company products on grinding machines and run live demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting after demos to secure the sale.
• Oversee on-site setup and fine-tuning for customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customer, sales team and product.
