Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in WMS support and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of Manhattan WMS, Cognos SCI, SQL, PowerShell, and Windows/Linux.
• Willing to work US business hours; remote with possible office visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Manhattan WMS applications, including incident resolution and user support.
• Deliver application support for Cognos SCI by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist in provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of Manhattan WMS environments across Development, QA, and Production.
• Support weekly Cognos SCI releases across Development, QA, and Production environments.
