ContactLink Solutions LLC is recruiting Mandarin-English interpreters for a fully remote, full-time contractor position based in the United States. You will provide skilled interpretation between Mandarin and English, maintain accuracy, and work from your quiet home office with a wired internet connection and headset.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Based in US.
Minimum 2 years interpretation experience.
Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for high accuracy.
Render correct concepts per interpretation protocols, avoid omissions/additions.
Explain cultural concepts when needed at client request.

Responsibilities

Answer calls professionally, acting per interpreter's code of conduct.
Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare and medical terminology).
Participate in internal professional training.
Communicate and report to your team leader.
Location-based language testing and background checks may be required.
