Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) Integrated Health Solutions seeks a Managing Consultant to lead coding and middle revenue cycle engagements for healthcare clients across the United States.

You will plan engagements, develop charters and budgets, manage project teams, assess coding, health information management, charge capture, denials prevention, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve reimbursement and performance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of healthcare consulting or industry experience in coding or middle revenue cycle.
• Active credential in coding/HIM (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, COC) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage coding and middle revenue cycle engagements and workstreams.
• Lead assessments of coding, HIM, and related operations.
• Develop charters, budgets, schedules, and benefit realization models.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leaders.
• Coach junior professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
