Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required, 4+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; experience in medical affairs a plus.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management within Medical Affairs asset teams.
• Support medical strategy teams and manage project lifecycles.
• Coordinate budgets, accruals, and monthly senior leadership reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal and external networks to deliver insights.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
