Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, US Field Inventory Commercial Quality to join the DePuy Synthes Quality organization in the United States. This remote role welcomes applicants from across the country and focuses on quality governance for field inventory and distribution.

Responsibilities include leading audits, CAPA, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with franchises, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure cGMP adherence and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical audits.
• Ability to build consensus and lead through change; strong project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; partner effectively across functions.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Depuy Synthes Commercial Quality compliance to ICQA or legal contracts, including audit and inspection management, field actions, and recalls.
• Ensure compliance to the Quality Agreement (QAA), including field inventory standards, regulatory compliance, change control, supplier monitoring, and CAPA.
• Oversee processes related to cGMPs, storage, handling, distribution; act as single contact for distribution quality matters with partners.
• Create, review and approve assessment plans, risk assessment reports, non-conformance, CAPA, audits, and documentation.
• Support governance activities, update procedures, assess compliance risk, and track corrective actions.
