Job summary

Ellucian is seeking a strategic Manager of Customer Implementation Consultants to lead a team responsible for delivering Student Financial Success implementations across higher-education customers. You will partner with customers and internal teams to plan, configure, and launch SFS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for delivery quality while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer implementation, professional services, or consulting teams in SaaS or higher education technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex software implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering Student Financial Success implementations.
• Oversee the successful delivery of implementation projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and refine implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor team capacity, project health, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Serve as an executive-level escalation point for customer implementation issues when needed.
