Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage financial and resource forecasts, ensuring project plans remain accurate.
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue recognition through timely reviews of time sheets, expense reports, and billing documents.
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment.
• Certifications in cloud and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Higher education industry experience preferred, but NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through all phases of the Ellucian Implementation Methodology, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and close.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, client stakeholders, and peers.
• Apply project management disciplines—quality, risk, resource, and change management—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Clearly communicate plans, roles, milestones, and constraints to all stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and lead proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
