Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding providers through credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Complete initial credentialing and recredentialing applications and monitor progress.
• Compile and verify provider data in credentialing databases and files.
• Investigate credentials including education, training, licensure, and history.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and leadership as needed.
• Assist with changes to privileges or license types.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing regulations.
